For a small fee I can view your property, take pictures and notes and bring you back detailed recommendations of how to market your home.

If you don't have the time to prepare your home yourself, outsourcing the work can give your property the expert attention to prepare it in a matter of days while you carry on your daily routine. I will present you with a proposal consisting of project plan and associated costs, including the rental of any furnishings necessary to make your house look fabulous!
